Method of Cooking:
- Fry sieved rice flour in a pan till light brown and spread the flour on a paper to cool. Then break chunks and transfer to a wide mouthed bowl. sprinkle water to wet the flour and mix well.
- Grate half coconut and keep aside
- Place the perforated disk in the puttu maker Add two tablespoons of grated coconut in the puttu maker. Then add a handful of wet rice mix. Repeat the filling twice or thrice.
